Great model
The model goes together pretty easy(even for a novice modeler like myself). Comes with a few options for spoilers and diffusers as well as steering wheel/dash set up. Decals aren't as hard as they look there are just a lot of them. Directions are pretty straight forward, only thing I didn't like was it tells you to paint the rims which doesn't make any sense since they already come chromed so I just left them as is.
It was fun to do
It was not hard to put together. I have been doing models for quite some time.I did a custom paint job just because. It's is a great beginner model. It is a (Skill Level 2). All you have to do is glue pieces together and wet stick decals.
needs a engine
a good model could have been great...gives detail int. awesome wheels & tires then no engine! for $20 plus i want a engine. after the build i'll use the awesome wheels/tires on another model.
Tamiya never fails
The best models hands down. Always a challenge but the details are incredible. I can't wait to start this one after Toms GT Supra
