Can't say enough good things about this kit. Easy enough for a novice to build, or practice painting, great diorama piece, ruined or operational. Several kits for crewmen, and extra details are on the market. Then you could buy it for the same reason I did, to use as a parts donor for another kit. I bought a Maquette kit of a T34, modified to carry this gun in an improvised turret. As with many oddball kits, there were some very excellent parts and features, and some not so great. The gun was not so great. Upon close inspection, the gun could not be made in other than a static mode, and resin can be brittle. It was also apparent this was a clone of the Tamiya kit. Easy fix, cheap fix, marry the nicest features of both kits into a replacement gun, that will be moveable. This kit made my new build much easier and realistic. See photos of this kit....... So I have the nice metal gun sight, and some resin parts from the tank kit, and the better detailed guns from Tamiya, along with a hollow structure to allow the gun turret to be moveable. Plus all the leftovers from both kits will get assembled and mounted in back of a truck later on. Great into your first try at detail painting, or just building something more detailed than just a tank, good, cheap diorama accessory, can be built emplaced or in transit, place it behind a Pzl command tank, being pulled. Lots of uses for this one!

I went to build this little jewel of a kit and noted to my dismay that the gun barrels were warped somewhat. Perhaps the age of the kit as it appeared to be an original issue or possibly being stored in the wrong locations. However my liking the detailing made up for the kit's possible faults and I went on to building per the instructions. I noted that the age of the kit determined the amount of detailing but it still offered a great challenge for building an accurate model. I have completed the gun section for now and have yet to build the trailer which is noted in the instructions as being a universal trailer for other guns of the same type. Other than the thickness of the parts the entire kit is well detailed and I recommend it to experienced modelers.

If you are a really discerning modeler, who demands exact details, you might find yourself disappointed by the lack of detail on the main bodies of the weapon systems. But it's (usually) under $7! The feature I liked best was how Tamiya made the aiming mechanism rise and fall as the guns elevate and lower. A great detail, particularly for arming a bunker complex or being towed behind a German WWII truck.

A very detailed kit of an important AA gun. Can be assembled in either a towed or fix (deployed) condition so it looks like I'll be getting a least one more of these. Parts are crisply molded with no flash. My only negative comment is the lack of gunners for the gun.

This is a nice kit for the price. It will add that extra detail that you are looking for for your diorama. The details are great in some spots but are lacking in others. The kit goes together really well, and the instructions are easy to follow.

I love Tamiya products. Engineering is always perfect and every part fits properly with no fuss. Finished product looks great and fits perfectly into diorama. I'm starting my third and buy Tamiya first everytime they are an option.

This item is extremely detailed and functional piece all the way to the sight post. It makes for a good piece to augment your diorama. Very few cumbersome pieces and an extremely good build for the price.

I normally don't build this kind of model but it looks like it would be a fun build and it would go well with a tank or a half track.So I look forward to ordering it and putting it together.

This kit is everything I thought it would be, very well made, looks great after the build. It will go great with a Luftwaffe diorama I am building. Highly recommend this kit.

This model is very cool - makes a nice addition to a military themed display. Instructions were quite good and pieces fit together nicely.

The same Tamiya quality as in the big kits, the quad AA unit can be towed or vehicle mounted. If mounted trailer can be used for supplies.

Good panel lines. Some fit issues, but not too bad. I placed the flak gun in the road,surrounding by ruins. Overall good build.

This is a good model for kit bashing because of the high parts count. I bought two of them for my projects and they work fine.

Another great build from Tamiya. Lots of detail, simple easy to follow instructions, and a remarkable and accurate result.

I have built this kit half a dozen times , With a little love it holds up nicely especially for the price !!
