The Spice of the Stew
These Jerry cans fill out the blanks in my proposed diorama. I intend to have a division field maintenance area. Thus, the vehicles need to be refitted, rearmed, and refueled. These cans and drums really bring out the larger AFV's. They set the whole set apart. Like those old John Wayne movies. Sure he was good, but the 'small' actors completed the set.
They are small. The prongs for the cans are weak. Hard to paint, hard to cement. But the effort is worthwhile. I have dropped pieces and my old eye does not find these. But I would and will buy more. I want my diorama to look like a movie set with men, material, and vehicles frozen in a time capsule.
Never Enough Jerry Cans!
Great product and plenty of Jerry cans for a single vehicle. For vehicles needing fuel and crews needing water, one can never have enJerry cans. These are hard plastic, easy to assemble, very little to no flash, and nicely detailed.
Well detailed, the better of the Tamiya Jerry Can kits
There have been a few Tamiya Jerry Can kits thought the years - this is the best. The caps on the cans are more authentic and the inclusion of the additional accessories is a real win. Great kit.
