One of the smoothest builds i have done.
This kit allows for the builder to paint and install pieces that may not be seen to maintain a Tamiya commitment to good representation.
Instructions are easy to follow and give a good flow to the build.
Important!!
Do not remove sprue pieces that cover landing gear bays. These are critical for proper fitting.
This kit provides a few options for display which caters to individual preferences.
You will be extremely satisfied with this Zero kit!
Amazing kit!
Awesome detail. Engineering is perfect. Parts fit is excellent, almost too good. No gaps, no filler. Not for beginners. Patience is required. Very fragile in some areas. Not a fan of moveable parts but everything works except spring loaded landing gear oleo struts. Had to glue those. Ailerons, flaps, elevators, rudder move. Main landing gear & tail wheel retract. Arrestor hook extends. Very enjoyable build although tedious.
The best Zero kit
Nice model, not as good as the Corsair or Mustang. There are a lot of fidgety little parts thst are difficult to get to work right,
