Best Diamond PE File I Have
Like all Tamiya tools this is a high-quality item. The grit is much finer than the diamond files I purchased in an all-in-one set a few years ago. It doesn't snag on the parts and removes burrs without damaging the part. If you have moved into the world of PE detail sets, this file is worth the couple of extra bucks.
The Solution?
My fine files were snagging on photo etch parts, this should make it a lot more fun when encountering those little nibs after cutting parts off.
Awesome PE file
Much finer grit than other files. Doesn't catch or snag on photo etch edges or burrs. Must have if you use PE. You'll love it!
Excellent product, worth the price
This file is much better as far as smoothness or drag while cleaning up PE parts. No vibration to deal with.

Does what it supposed to very well. No complaints about construction. Use it with other shaped files
