Great gloss
Absolutely gorgeous true PURPLE! Gloss finish, covers well, finishes relatively smooth (as long as you don't glob it on!). Back in the early 1970s, my dad had a purple work pickup. While this isn't a true Ford color, I'm using this to pay homage to the burple pickup, and this color is PERFECT. Only complaint is that there's a fairly strong odor (as I noticed with Tamiya XF-1 flat black acrylic).
Best model paint by far
Tamiya makes the hobby paint on the planet. Its so easy to work with. The coverage is awesome. At first, coming from Testors, I was hesitant because Testors is so thin and barely covers. Once I used it, it was a game changer. I will be switching all my paints to Tamiya.
