Reviews : Tamiya Model Paint Mixing Jar

This is basically an empty, taller version of the 23ml Tamiya paint jar. The cap is an opaque white made of plastic while the rest is made of glass, so unless you store the jars upside down, you can hold strong stuff like Turpentine without worry of it coming through the jar. I use these for storing filters I make myself and it serves that purpose very well. At $1.70 this will eventually pay for itself in paint that doesn't get wasted.

These are excellent quality glass jars for the price. I purchased two of them, one for mixing custom colors in when I get to that point and a second for mixing two part clears for my car and truck models. They also have very well defined markings which will make it a breeze for mixing two part clears or for making a note of mix ratio for custom colors.

These are another quality Tamiya item. They are high quality glass, very clearly marked and most importantly they seal very tightly. I find them useful for mixing and storing paints, and pigments. I use them to hold thinners and cleaners etc. that come in large bottles...very useful little fellows, highly recommend.

picked up several of these and i use them for storing mixed paints , for my air brushing projects . they are great for the colors that i use alot , this way all i have to do is shake them up and i am good to go

Extra room to mixing and storing thinned paint. Handy markings make measuring and mixing a breeze. Caps screw on snug and seal very well.

Best custom paint mix jars. Have used with enamel based paint no problems. Great for larger models and need to keep color matched.

LOVE THESE GLASS BOTTLES FOR MY MIXED PAINT. EASIER STO STORE THEN THOSE DAM BABY FOOD JARS I HAVE BEEN USING. NO MORE OF THAT.

Very handy jars for mixing or storing paints. Large enough to mix paint for larger projects like trucks and trailers

I use these for all my mixed paint tops seal well but can crack. Should sell replacements.
