Tamiya spray and acrylic jar paints
Tamiya is the ONLY paint I use for my drag racing model kits. I use resin aftermarket parts like blowers and such for greater realism and Tamiya is the paint to trust. Paint acrylic lacquers are almost all quick drying (especially flat black). Multiple thin coats of primer and base colors help create a glossy finish that's won me many a ribbon for an amateur. The only other spray I use for body colors is the Testors one coat brand if I want a metallic finish in one shot. Note colors shown in Tamiya charts are not exactly the same as what you eventually shoot. The clear red looks to have a slight pink overtone in the chart but is really clear red.
Realism.
This product really looks super over any metallic or chrome surface. Great for painting over metallic after market parts for that extra realism look.
Many uses for this one
Looks great over silver, gold, etc. also for tinted drag car windows. Never any trouble using.

Tamiya paints are the best out there. Easy to use, fast drying, smooth application.
