A Must Have
This sponge brush is outstanding when used with washes and weathering effects. I have 5 of these in my possession that I rotate through. These work great at soaking up excess washes and are easy to clean up. I would highly recommend purchasing these and have your collection of tools.
Fine weathering sponge
I like these fine tip weathering sponges better than the larger ones for detailed work. I use them for weathering planes, exhaust and machine gunpowder stains along with Tamiya's weather master kit.
Tamiya Weathering Sponge Brush
This is a pretty good brush that's suited for simulating weather effects. I think it works best for simulating weather effects with pigments for things such as armour and infantry vehicle models.

Just used mine for the first time to apply acrylic clear to a windshield that had scratches on it. It works well, but I think I like the idea of using it for decals better.

These are great for applying decals. Soaks up all the excess water.
