For some reason unknown reason to me, I have a lot of trouble with using any manufacturers color of yellow or white brush or spray paint. It just does not cover well.
Great for Handrails.
Testors is the right consistency to paint model railroad hard rails. Does not streak and aheres well. Yellow 1114 is a great color for safety handrails.

gotta use extra coats on dark things...easy clean up with thinner
