Testors Quality
I like this Flat Zinc Chromate, it lays on great over a white primer. Properly thinned one coat looks fine, two coats will seal the deal. Works great as a wash also and is another tool in the Weathering tool box.

This is the perfect shade for US Navy Aircraft from the 30's through the 70's.
