Excellent
I used this gloss white testors on some aircraft missiles with great results you got to spray a light base coat and once dry a second coat for the finishing touch .I've always had real good luck with testors sprays no problems . It does what it supposed to I'll keep using it for certain model parts that need painted so overall excellent so no complaints .
Inconsistent quality?
I used this paint about one year ago with fantastic results. Very smooth and glossy finish - one of my best paint jobs ever! July 2021 bought another can and it was a disaster. The paint kind of splattered out of the nozzle creating giant orange peel. I shake these cans very well and temp was about 75F. Ended up removing the paint and going with another brand.

White spray paint, what's to complain about? I have used this since I was a kid, always a nice cover and shine once dry.
Testors quality
Testors manufactures a good quality paint. It is a good value for the money.
