So fiery you might need an extinguisher

With Testors 1831M Fiery Orange, I was trying for something close to Pontiac's Sundance Orange Poly but got a metallic orange 1:25 Hot Wheels instead. The paint came out darker and more metallic than the cap color, but nice and smooth with good gloss. Even though it's quite a ways off from the original '72 GM color I was looking for, more brown than orange, it looks pretty hot (it is Fiery Orange after all) on MPC's '72 GTO right out of the can. Might try a overspray with Tamaya's Clear Orange to subdue the 4th of July sparkler effect and get it closer to what Pontiac (and I) had in mind, but it has a great retro look as it is.

This is an awesome color, it sprays on nicely and leaves a smooth finish. I usually apply 2 coats over a grey primer, if you apply more coats the color will deepen a bit with each coat. This is an excellent product, I recommend it. Happy model kit building.
really nice!
I used this paint on white plastic without a primer and it covered extremely well and left a nice finish .It is also a beautiful color

I recently sprayed this paint on a 1970 Super Bee over white primer. Three coats were enough to cover and it looked fantastic!
