This model is one of the best of a heavy cruiser to build. The inst are good and paint guide is good to there are some small parts but they fit well. It can be a full hull or waterline there is good detale in ship. The decals are easy to use but care must be use in the placeing. A good model for all.
This trumpeter kit can be used to construct the later versions of the Baltimore class since it comes with the decals for the other ships. I built mine as the USS Helena CA-75
