Excellent, detailed kit
I was looking for a larger scale destroyer to put together, and my interest in the Soviet military made this an obvious choice. As usual, Trumpeter delivered in fine style. I bought the WEM aftermarket PE set, but honestly this kit is great even without it. The detail is striking and forms a great display. The skill level needed is pretty high, this isn’t a beginner kit, but those looking for a challenge will find it in spades. The deck has minimal detailed molded on, which saved me a lot of masking time while I paint the deck. Just a tremendous kit all around, you won’t regret it.
