Perfect near-black
Very dark grey, neutral, leaning cooler grey.
This is the perfect color for a black color when painting models at large scale; Results for a 1/700 scale USN ship in Measure 32.
Also if using any sort of airbrush modulation, this is a decent way to modulate up from true-black
