Reviews : Woodland Hobos

I know this is pricey for only 5 figures and some details (the fire pit, and crate), but trust me if you are buying an item for a quality collector, this is for you. To give you an idea of the level of detail put into these figures: the guy with the stick and sack (on the far right of the package) has individual buttons painted on his shirt, and a painted on yellow rope belt that is barely visible. The set comes with, as stated, a small fire and a crate. I am not to crazy about those and would rather have a 6th figure, but they are neat. One of the guys is made to sit specifically on the provided crate. If the saying the devil is in the details is true, than any layout is not complete without quality figures, and I highly recommend these.

This set of finely detailed hobos is an eye catcher on any layout. They are perfect for that empty space under a trestle or highway overpass. The detail is extraordinary--one of Woodland Scenic's best. NOTE: Three of the figures are in a seated position but only one box for sitting is provided in the set. You will need to dress your scene with something for the other two to sit on.
