Great product, just not for intended purpose
These were ordered to use for 1/48 road markings, but unfortunately none are wide enough. Paint markers to the rescue.
However, they have been fantastic for everything else I've used them for. Hazard markings, sign edging; if you need an ultrafine, fully opaque line these are great. If you're careful, they can even be applied over uneven surfaces like Concrete Patch. Make sure to buff the entire transfer before lifting, or it will break anywhere its still adhered to the backing.
1/64'' - 3/16'' -- Model Railroad Decal
I purchased this item to use as a no passing zone lane divider. It works well for short stretches of road. It adheres well to the uneven surface on my layout. Be sure to rub entire decal before lifting it off or it will end up with broken lines. It worked much better than the Kadee (see review) decal. The wider stripes work well for the road, but did use the narrower ones for No Parking areas. Still looking for the ideal way to put lines on the roads.
