Have started to use on the layout. Size was great except for the are to the light had to sand down a little. The casting line where a little disappointing had to clean up and the color of wooden pole had to be painted. But the easy of installation, how to instructing and the light it gave off was excellent. Like that the poles can be adjusted to different heights. Also found that the amperage information on the front of package very useful. Will be buying them again.

Pros: Posts look good. Wire was long enough for my needs (36in indicated on the package). Don’t need to use the just plug system, though I recommend for ease of use. Cons: Some of the lights are more yellow than what I would consider warm white. I bought multiple packs and the light colors weren’t entirely consistent, but close. The part holding the led is a bit fragile and I wish these were flexible as not all were at the same angle.

I am extremely pleased with these lights. Not only is the style perfect for virtually any railroad location, but they even thought to include an extra segment to allow for taller support poles to allow them to clear the tops of trains in rail yards, etc. They hook up very easily. The included 'push button and insert wires' hub that plugs into the Just Plug system is great. I will be buying lots more Just Plug elements for my layout.

Over all, they are a good fit in most location. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because I had a great deal of issue with the tiny electrical wires they broke several times while attempting to lock them in the hub. I plan to weather poles to make them look a bit more realistic, put that is a preference issue.

These lights are really easy to install and using the just plug linker plugs make it even easier to get powered. They throw off a nice warm glow. Also the price for 3 seems very reasonable.

Nice looking pole lights. Wires are very thin so are a challenge to work with until you become familiar with it. I recommend this product.
