These Woodland Tree Armatures are the smallest size range for N scale layouts. The branches can be shaped in a number of ways to increase variety. Using small needle nose pliers simplify the process. Once bent to the desired shape, and since doing a winter layout just added random white paint marks and a tiny dabs of caulk at intersections of large branches+ trunk. Adding these in small sections interspacing with the larger areas of Busch conifers also helps keep landscaping costs down as these are about 1/4 the price. Only wished they included some smaller sized 1/2 (around 6' 8 n scale).

I have used this product on an n-scale train layout for making shrubs and trees. This is my fifth package and will probably continue using it. I use 50% white glue and mix several colors of clump to get the exact leaf or shrub coloration. My layout will have a total of over 2,000 trees, combining these with wire foliage and a few specialty trees that I am unable to replicate on my own (such as willows). Once complete, you can sprinkle on color clumps to simulate flowers or fruit trees

Very easy way to make leafy trees. Takes time gluing but looks great when put close together. No two look alike. Smaller ones make great large shrubs for n scale and can be placed close to or in between tracks.
