Great kit, easy assembly. Stairways are detailed, require care in assembly. There is an option for a basement access stairwell, it will require a hole to insert on your layout if used. Good signage provided. Used this and its sister backdrop building in a downtown tenement row against a mirrored wall for more depth.

This kit went together like clockwork. It looks great without weathering. I took my time and followed the instructions. It has options on the number of stories and the angle of the back so you can adjust for the shape of your background.
