good realistic kit to start your layout
the kit includes two identical sets. I was expecting just one. Each includes 10 sidewalk pieces, a curved corner, a driveway opening, a alley opening, rounded corners, curbs, manholes, grates, and as a bonus, 4 fire hydrants. The best thing is they match other kit bases perfectly. You can use the sidewalks with or without the curbs. Since i used my own streets instead of a street kit, I was able to use the opposite side of the sidewalks to make a nice town square and future opening to a future town park. This was a great buy and gave me many options to configure my town layout.
