A nice addition
Although I am enormously pleased with the results of this build, I cannot rate it excellent. This is the 12th Cornerstone structure I have built over the years and it had several mis-cast pieces that needed adapting. Particularly troublesome was that the second story railings did not match the uprights to which they should be attached. I notified Cornerstone but, a year later, have heard nothing from them. Still, if you're good enough to build this structure, you should be able to cope with these problems. If you are planning to join the 2 halves of the building into a single structure as I did, be very careful with the depth placement of the uprights.

this is a good, solid and nicely detailed kit. can be built as a single building or as 2 separate building's. includes interior lumber rack's and a decal sheet with several lumber yard name's to choose from. main lumber storage building measure's in at 5 1/2 by 5 1/2 inches if built as a single building with the office at 2 3/4 by 1 3/4. part's are sharply molded and highly detailed. a good kit for the price. will add a useful industry to any layout. i highly recommend it.

This Wather's kit was the again usual vague instruction sheet with a little attention to detail its not a big deal. It has two options one for a big building or to separate it into two buildings. I choose to make it one big building to save time detailing it inside. Be careful when lining the racking up make sure you get it to stay securely. It was overall an easy kit with some patience a good kit for a person starting out.
