Very happy with this pre-assembled house. In fact, it is far better and cheaper than un-assembled product. It makes it far easier to focus on developing the lot and surroundings when the structure is pre-built. Now I will spend time on the foundation, fencing, bushes, etc. I have built quite a few buildings and simply was too drained to really care about the surroundings. In addition, some un-assembled structures are a total waste of time and cost way too much.
