Beautiful result but sprays too much at once.
In an effort to be lazy and not fight/clean my airbrush, I bought this spray. The resulting coat is an gorgeous Satin coat where there was even coverage. HOWEVER, the spray comes out in a deluge. I had to pull back at least 10 to 12 inches to try to get the amount sprayed to be thin enough to be manageable. When it worked, amazing. Otherwise, it pooled at the sides easily because of the sheer volume that came out.
Good results, use with caution
These acrylic varnishes in a can from vallejo give good results, and I prefer them over spraying a varnish with an airbrush. As others have said, the varnish comes out heavy and may occasionally spit if it fails to atomize. I recommend spraying from a distance of 8-12 from the surface of the model to avoid too heavy a coverage.
Good Varnish
The spray comes out heavy, so watch your distance and feather it on your model.
