Great sign but check the size of your building 1st
Like all the Miller signs, it's great, just make sure the building you're planning to use it on is big enough. To call these N/HO is a stretch, its way too big for a typical N scale city building. If you plan to use it on a factory, or in my case a Heljan bakery, you shouldn't have any problem.
Also, if you should ever need them, Miller's customer service is outstanding.
