Like all the Miller signs, it's great, just make sure the building you're planning to use it on is big enough. To call these N/HO is a stretch, its way too big for a typical N scale city building. If you plan to use it on a factory, or in my case a Heljan bakery, you shouldn't have any problem. Also, if you should ever need them, Miller's customer service is outstanding.
