Plastic Model Aircraft

Absolutely the best helicopter I have ever flown! With L-11 engine installed under normal density altitudes, it was a pleasure to fly. However, Vietnam sea level DA of 2,500 feet or more was a nightmare for a fully loaded gunship to get off the ground. This was a good kit and the detail was excellent for the scale. I prefer 1:48 scale. Parts align well and instructions were easy to follow. Very little flashing to deal with. Adding MODS were easy. I produced decals for my units aircraft painting. Great Build

No issues with this kit whatsoever. Everything fit as it should, very minimal flashing, no missing pieces. There are a couple of different options for putting this kit together, along with detailed markings for each. The 1/72nd scale has plenty of detail that can be highlighted in order to bring it to life. So far, this is my favorite scale for helicopters. Yes, I would recommend this kit for anyone, any age (with minimal supervision). Get one (or three) and build a whole fleet.
