This kit is a very comprehesive offering for the SE-5. The kit provides for several liveries with distinct differences in cockpit shape and other variances. The entire kit is very detailed with thin parts that require delicate removal and assembly. The interplane and cabine struts may prove difficult for many inexperienced builders due to the fiddly task of securing all 8 at once at the correct position. Also the rigging, if one so wishes to undertake, can be incredibly difficult as the SE-5 had 11 separate interplane wires on each side, not considering the tailplane and wheel strut rigging. The entire kit while delicate and difficult is incredibly rewarding and well designed with no major fit issues or surface irregularities. The only gripe is the decals which on mine were slightly out of register and have slightly silvered over the past couple years.
