Great kit with armament options

Trumpeter keeps getting better and better as the years progress, and the LAV-AD kt is testament to that. The turret moves horizontally and the weapons array laterally. You have a choice of weapons to mount on the turret. As with all newer Trumpeter kits, the sprues are quite clean (free of flash). This is another Trumpeter kit that I cannot find fault with. Every part assembles nicely and without modification. I recommend this kit to those of you who want something other than the usual WW2 tank, and for those of you who don't go past 1945, you're missing out on a great build. Enjoy your modelling!

Very good model to add to your collection of armored vehicles.

I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome of this model. It not hard to assemble, the instructions were clear and concise. There was little to no flash and required minimum sanding and filling. I have been up and close with this vehicle during my time in the military and this model is as close to the original as I have seen. I recommend this model to all.
