The ship was packaged perfectly and arrived 3 days early. Its a great model and I am looking forward to assembling it. The box is also very nice and the cardboard is thicker than most models. All parts are present and none broken.

I have mine in process after doing some on-line research on this kit. Some of the early fit problems have apparently been resolved by the manufacturer but I used online guidance in adding internal structure before mating the hull halves. This helped the ease of fit and added mating surfaces. The various hull seams require putty and sanding but they smooth out nicely. There are also a lot of painting tips online that are helpful. Don't let the limited parts count (approx 50)fool you, it still requires intermediate or experienced skill level to build. All said though it is a neat subject and is big so make sure you have serious shelf space waiting!
